The three variations of Giorgio Servetto's Vignamare Tasting Menu change periodically and are designed to highlight the land, its history and its seasonal bounty.
Creativity, continuous research and excellent raw materials are Vignamare’s fundamental ingredients.
The flavours and colours of contemporary Liguria are reinterpreted with creativity and delicacy in the dishes. All ingredients are fresh, seasonal and organically grown in our garden or raised on our farm, whilst the fish come from our selected local suppliers!
Our fixed menu, wine list consisting exclusively of our own wines, and daily sourcing of ingredients mainly from our own garden are the key elements of our 'zero waste' philosophy.
When booking, we recommend consulting the menu on our website and informing us of any allergies.
We welcome children and have designed a tailor-made menu for them, so please let us know if there will be any children in your party when booking.
Pets are always welcome at our restaurant, though they must always be kept under their owner’s close supervision.
