The Vignamare tasting menus get daily inspiration from fresh produce of our organic farm.
Every day our chefs gathers the freshest herbs and produce from our organic garden, cultivated in harmony with nature and its cycles. Authenticity, bounty and respect for the land are the key ingredients of our agricultural methods.
Vineyards overlooking the Mediterranean sea, olive groves and maritime pines are the breath-taking background of Vignamare. Our restaurant was originally an old cement irrigation vat built in the 1970s and abandoned for decades. The interior and exterior design were inspired by local traditions and materials to be completely environmentally sustainable and blend perfectly with the landscape.
We felt the urge to create a place free from the restraints that some hospitality standards require. We wished to give life to a relaxed but, at the same time, refined place to share with those interested in getting to know and experience our wonderful PEQ Agri world.
