Creativity, local produce, and excellent raw ingredients are the key ingredients of the tastings at the Vignamare Restaurant. The menus available are inspired by the freshest produce our sea and fields have to offer.

In harmony with PEQ Agri’s mission to exalt the excellence and biodiversity that make Liguria special, Vignamare Restaurant’s aim is to prove that haute-cuisine can be created with local seasonal ingredients to get an authentic enogastronomic experience.

Chef Luca Bertora e Claudio Aliperti

Bertora, a profound connoisseur of local products and traditions, brings to the kitchen an experience rooted in raw ingredients and seasonality. Aliperti, a chef with international experience, contributes a broad and contemporary vision of cuisine. Together, they will create a rich and creative menu that combines local authenticity with international openness.

Researching self-sufficiency

The Vignamare tasting menus get daily inspiration from fresh produce of our organic farm.
Every day our chefs gathers the freshest herbs and produce from our organic garden, cultivated in harmony with nature and its cycles. Authenticity, bounty and respect for the land are the key ingredients of our agricultural methods.

Our restaurant was originally an old cement irrigation vat built in the 1970s.

Vineyards overlooking the Mediterranean sea, olive groves and maritime pines are the breath-taking background of Vignamare. Our restaurant was originally an old cement irrigation vat built in the 1970s and abandoned for decades. The interior and exterior design were inspired by local traditions and materials to be completely environmentally sustainable and blend perfectly with the landscape.

Our aim? Feel good and make our guests feel good!

We felt the urge to create a place free from the restraints that some hospitality standards require. We wished to give life to a relaxed but, at the same time, refined place to share with those interested in getting to know and experience our wonderful PEQ Agri world.

A precise and unconventional choice to support our offer of exclusively "ligurian DOC" wines. Wines that are ideal for a premium national and international clientele used to unique products that convey emotions, local culture and wine-making art. In our proposal, you will find, also by the glass, our vintage selection not only of the top of the range Vignamare, the first white wine suited for aging, but a selelction of our Superior wines too.
