Of ancient local tradition, Ormeasco Sciac-trà belongs to the exclusive Ligurian DOC of Ormeasco di Pornassio, a region that, with just over 30 hectares in total, extends along a beautiful stretch of inland where the mountains meet the sea.
In the 1970s, Luigi Bianchi Carenzo began producing his wine in Diano San Pietro, in the province of Imperia, on the hills of the immediate hinterland, an area extremely suited to viticulture and olive growing.
