Lumassina
A native vine variety, Lumassina is a light, citrine wine, now rather rare, indigenous to Liguria with high acidity and low alcohol content. We’ve been making Lumassina double-fermented in the bottle since 2014. The result is striking: the suspended yeast amplifies the range of aromas, blending harmoniously with the citrine.
