The Stampino Estate and Colla Micheri village

Visit the Stampino Estate in Andora where is located one of our vineyards. Experience a walk in the 120 He woods in company of our Goats and learn the secrets of cheesemaking. Get immersed in history visiting the Napoleonic Mansion that once belonged to Count Quaglia.
After a short transfer enjoy a typical Ligurian lunch and wine tasting on the beautiful sea view Terrace immersed in the vineyard of the Cascina Praie Winery. End the excursion visiting the medieval “borgo” Colla Micheri and with a stroll on the picturesque seaside village of Laigueglia.

Albenga

Albenga is the main city in one of the few, and possibly the only flatlands in Liguria. This facilitated the birth of the town and the development of an agricultural area. An easy stroll in this Ligurian centre built on flat land shows signs of the Roman colonization, the Middle Ages, the Baroque past, and the earnest productivity of the 1800s. As a Roman settlement it boasts a regular plan, and each street corner offers interesting glimpses. Don’t forget to look upwards because Albenga is an ancient Bishopric with an imposing Mediaeval cathedral and two Baptisteries one of which still retains its Mediaeval character with over ten towers (there used to be more in the past) and dates back to early Christianity.

Pieve di Teco

A Pieve di Teco, la storia si respira ad ogni passo. Pieve di Teco è un pittoresco borgo di origine medioevale in provincia di Imperia nell’alta Valle Arroscia che nei secoli si è posta come crocevia tra commercianti e avamposto da sovrani e signorie. Pieve di Teco ha un nome che richiama in parte la sua storia e si riferisce alla presenza di un’antica chiesa, la Ripa Santa Maria mentre Teco si riferisce al termine latino “tectum”, che significa “casa”, quindi riferito al centro abitato fin da tempi molto antichi. Non perdere una passeggiata sotto i suggestivi portici medievali! Il territorio fu abitato fin dai Celti e al tempo dell’ antica Roma, ma la sua fondazione con l’impianto attuale del borgo antico, risale all’epoca dei longobardi, mentre per il “borgo nuovo” si deve attendere fino al ‘200. Fu in questo periodo che sotto il controllo del feudatario nonché Marchese Antonio di Clavesana. A fine ‘700 durante la sua prima campagna d’Italia, a Pieve di Teco soggiornò anche un certo Napoleone Bonaparte
