PEQ Agri farm sprang from our need to return to the earth.
Natural produce and simple transformations drive our project. We are convinced that there is room to follow the values that are becoming harder and harder to find in the modern world.
We have no promises to keep or strict rules to follow, only the desire to appreciate the land we work and what it can yield, to find people with whom to share our dream and to find balance and sustainability in years to come.

A widespread company

We are in Roggio, in the hills between Stellanello and Testico on Liguria’s western coast, in the province of Savona; in San Bartolomeo; Mulino Nuovo and Ferraia in Andora; and in Tovo San Giacomo on the hills behind Pietra Ligure.

In each one of these places, PEQ Agri differentiates its cultivation based on the type of terrain and the local micro-climate. We favor the cultivation of local vegetables and the principles of Slow Food.

We have no desire to develop mass production. Rather, we want to do multiple things according to the seasons and to the passions, vocations and discoveries that come with time, often unexpectedly.
What we produce is what drives us: when, how much, what channels and markets can appreciate our rhythm and not ask us to conform to economic drivers. These markets are local restaurants and shops, our agri-resorts, our friends and our private customers from near and far.

Fruits and vegetables

We grow our fruits and vegetables naturally. We don’t force production. We follow nature’s rhythms.
Small well-tended plots give us the fruits and vegetables bursting with flavor that we serve to our agri-resort guests and sell to local businesses.
Our various products include artichokes, Andora’s Slow Food Belendina onions, lemons and citrus fruits, basil and Ligurian herbs.

Olives and olive oil

We are very proud of our high-quality extra-virgin olive oil and olives preserved in brine.

Our production areas are the single-crop taggiasca olive groves in Roggio (SV), 300 meters above sea level, and the terraced groves in Tovo San Giacomo (SV), 80m above sea level producing mono-crop pressed olive oil.

Our unfiltered extra-virgin olive oil is made exclusively from our olives using stone pressing.

Breeding: bees and chickens

We breed chickens at our henhouses in Roggio and Tovo San Giacomo.

Our delicious fresh eggs delight our agri-resort guests every morning at breakfast in omelets and in our homemade fresh pastas and desserts.

We’re also beginning to produce honey.
